Play Responsibly,
Stay Safe at vt999
vt999 believes entertainment is at its best when it stays within healthy limits. We are always committed to keeping your gaming experience safe and enjoyable.
For Ages 21+ Only
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and play at vt999. We are strictly against gambling by minors. If any user is found to be underage, their account will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Keep younger members of your household away from this platform — use parental control software if needed.
What Is Responsible Gaming?
Online gaming is an entertainment activity — it is not a guaranteed source of income. Responsible gaming means playing while keeping full control over your time and money, so that entertainment never becomes a burden.
vt999 believes every player should set clear limits before they start playing. Deciding in advance how much money to spend and how much time to give keeps the experience enjoyable at all times. Remember that just as there is a chance to win, there is an equal chance to lose — keep that in mind while you play.
Our platform offers several self-initiated protection tools that you can use at any time. Your well-being is our highest priority.
Our Protection Tools
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. If you want to lower a set limit, it takes effect immediately; if you want to raise it, a waiting period applies.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a temporary break, suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, logging in, making deposits, or placing bets will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
For a longer break, choose self-exclusion — options range from 6 months to a permanent account closure. Attempting to open a new account while self-exclusion is active is prohibited.
Session Limits
Decide in advance how long you will play in one sitting. When the set time has passed, the system will automatically notify you and may end your login session.
Gaming History Review
Your full history of deposits, withdrawals, and bets is always visible in your account. Review this information regularly to understand your spending patterns.
24/7 Support Team
For any concerns, the vt999 support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email — in both Bengali and English.

The Controls in Your Hands
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on deposits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising it requires a 72-hour waiting period, so that decisions are not made on impulse.
Loss Limit
Decide in advance how much you can afford to lose within a set period. If the limit is reached, the system will automatically stop the game.
Time-Out
Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During the break your account is completely inactive; it reactivates automatically once the period ends.
Self-Exclusion
Options to close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Opening a new account while self-exclusion is active will be treated as a serious violation.
All these tools are free and available at any time. If you need help changing your settings, the vt999 support team is always ready.
Tips for Healthy Gaming
Decide Before You Play
- Set a fixed budget — spend only money set aside for entertainment.
- Set a time limit and use a clock or timer.
- Play when you are in a good mood — take a break if you are under stress.
- Do not play while under the influence of alcohol or substances.
Keep in Mind While Playing
- Avoid the temptation to place more bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
- Never play with the belief that a win is guaranteed.
- Take regular breaks — rest for at least a few minutes every hour.
- Also make time for other hobbies and relationships — a balanced life is true happiness.
Protection of Minors
vt999 strictly ensures that only individuals aged 21 or above can use the platform. Proof of age must be provided during the account verification process.
A request to parents: use parental control software on your devices so that children and teenagers cannot access gambling sites. Have open conversations within the family about the risks of online gaming.
If you suspect that a minor is using an account, notify vt999 support immediately — at [email protected] or via live chat.
Protecting Your Family
Do not share your login details with anyone else in your household. Your account is personal — keep it away from minors.
